نستخدم البيانات فقط لتقديم الخدمة: عرض الرسائل للشركة، وإرسال ردودها، والأتمتة، والتقارير. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض إعلانية.
تُحفظ البيانات على خوادم مؤمنة، ويصل كل حساب شركة إلى بياناته فقط. تحتفظ الشركة بالبيانات طوال مدة اشتراكها، ويمكنها حذفها في أي وقت.
يمكن لأي شخص طلب حذف بياناته باتباع التعليمات في صفحة حذف البيانات.

MyZajel is a customer-messaging platform that lets businesses manage conversations from Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram and website chat in one inbox.
Data we collect: business account details (name, email); for connected Facebook Pages / Instagram accounts: page ID, name and access token; messages exchanged between the business and its customers, and the customer's public name and profile picture as provided by the platform.
How we use it: only to provide the service (showing messages, sending replies, automations, reports). We do not sell data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Retention & security: data is stored on secured servers and each business can access only its own data. Businesses can delete their data at any time.
